Characteristics and Applications
Mainly used in boiler water wall, superheater, preheater, heat exchangers, piping, in areas such as the working pressure is 6.0 ~ 13.9 MPa, steam temperature of 450 ~ 580 ℃, belong to high pressure vessel. Billet is forged by steel ingot and processed in rough, with a large size and high mechanical performance.

Processing
40t high power EBT arc furnace smelting, LF/VD refining, ingots
Heating, forging and forging are on fire + diffusion annealing
Rough outer circle, magnetic probe
Heat treatment -Physical and chemical detection, ultrasonic flaw detection
Finishing -Ultrasonic flaw detection, water pressure test, acceptance, warehousing.

3. The delivery will be in 10-15 days if have stock; For customized items, the delivery will be negotiated by both parties
4. Shipping by sea freight from Shanghai Port (PRC) for Bulk orders, by airfreight or express for samples
